  10. programs are not "beta tested" and the description, which is 
  11. normally provided by the person contributing the file may be 
  12. inaccurate. Accordingly, programs may fail to operate due to 
  13. hardware/software interaction or programming decisions (sometimes 
  14. known as "bugs.")

  17. THAT THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR

  19. INFRINGEMENT. THESE FILES ARE OFFERED AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND
